  • Common-Interest Community. If the property is part of the common interest community, the seller must provide the buyer with the form, informing them about their rights and what documents they are entitled to. (NRS 116.41095)

  • Impact Fees. The seller must inform the buyer if they are subject to any impact fees when transferring property ownership. (NRS 278B.270)
